For 10 years I was a creative director, working with Aardman Animation on a wide range of TV idents, commercials and films. It was very exciting to be involved in the early days of computer animation and much of my time was spent trying to make digital characters with the same warmth and charm as Aardman's traditional work. A lot of the images below are from pitches for things that never happened - but amongst them are the BBC3 blobs, Creature Comforts and our short 'The Deadline'.
